SOCCER TOURNAMENT RULES
Our soccer tournament rules to ensure fair play, safety, and an enjoyable experience for all athletes
Men's Soccer Tournament Rules

7v7 format - Teams can have up to 14 registered players
two 20-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime
Teams must wear matching Jerseys with visible numbers
Group stage followed by knockout rounds
No slide tackling allowed to ensure player safety
Standard FIFA rules apply with modified timing
Teams must check in 30 minutes before their first match
Co-Ed Soccer Tournament Rules
7v7 format - Teams can have up to 14 registered players

Teams must wear matching Jerseys with visible numbers
At least 40% of registered team members must be women
At least 3 women must be on the field at all times
Group stage followed by knockout rounds
Goals scored by women athletes will COUNT AS 2 POINTS
